  After trying to get a quote for a new boiler from several so-called Worcester Bosch accredited installers (and failing to get either a response or a sensible price) Simon Turner was a revelation. Time from contacting him to his site visit: 3 days. Time from visit to quote: 2 days. Time from accepting quote to job starting: 2 weeks. Time to finish job: a day and a half. Mal and Matt, his two plumber/fitters, were friendly, efficient, helpful and tidy. The whole experience was perfect from start to finish, and the price really good value for money. Communication was perfect. I cannot recommend Simon and his team highly enough. Thank you so much.
