  Brilliant small company, brilliant service and so efficient. Rang with problem as one of my relatives lives in Exmouth, the young lady on the phone was very pleasant and efficient and she made an appointment the following day, it was explained the customer was in her 80's so they chose a helpful engineer, the visit was done, we were phoned with the result, another call from the engineer was made to fit the new part and at each visit we as relatives were phoned. The cost was minimal for the service provided and to me the service was second to none, what one would have expected in the 1980's So, Brilliant keep up the good work, if only the rest of the world could learn from this pleasant and efficient company
